What is the minimum password strength and how can I make my password strong?


When you create a new password, make sure that it's at least 6 characters long. Try to use a complex combination of numbers, letters and punctuation marks.

  • Improper capitalization. Profile names must use grammatically correct capitalization and may not include all capital letters, except for acronyms.

How do I delete my account?


When you delete your account on ONE, Your account will be deleted automatically with your account from the ONE website after 180 Days deleting period or maybe during the time of delete period (If technical team want).

What is 'Installation ID' in my ONE account.


When you will install the ONE windows application on your computer machine, it'll generate an Installation ID. It is a unique ID. To activate your ONE windows application you need to create an account on ONE's official website. During account creation website will ask for your 'Installation ID', So paste it into the provided textbox, and the website will save it if you want to change it in the future you also can provide a new installation ID from a new machine. when you will update with a new installation ID your old Installation ID will be removed completely.

What type of User's profile picture allowed on ONE?


You can add any profile picture on ONE which you want. But we recommending that please add User's profile picture related to you.
For example - if you are creating an account for your company with the name of your company. So you should add your company picture to the profile picture.

Note: - Any type of sexual, offensive, abusive, or illegal content as a User's profile picture is also not allowed. you can not depict your contact number, social website page's URL Social website profile's URL or personal website URL on the User's Profile picture. These types of content/ activities are strictly prohibited. your account can be blocked or deleted.
